The angular upper L profile is used to mask the raw edges of furniture boards. In fact, this profile has three functions. The first of these is the border of the raw edge of the plate. If the fronts of the cabinets are made of board, then after trimming, an unobstructed edge remains. This is the part that needs to be covered. The second function of the L angular profile is protection. To prevent moisture and mechanical damage to the front of the cabinet, the L-profile is also useful. The high overhang of the L-profile will hide the most significant manufacturing defects. It is also worth noting that aluminum profiles have a number of undeniable advantages over their counterparts made of other materials.
